Personal Achievements:
Recipient of the Award of
Excellence from Fanshawe College, I received this award as
result of my work on the Capstone Project. This project required
students to create a business plan and present it to a panel of
judges, made up of Food and Beverage professionals in London,
Ontario.
In my final year of high school
at Ridley College I received the following special leadership
achievement awards: The A. J. Silver Award (OAC Male
Leadership), the House Zealous Award (Merritt
House South, male residence), and the J. Herbert Mason
Gold Medal (Top Prefect Award).
In the summer of 1998 I started a
company (Justin’s Junior Jobs) in my home country, Barbados. It
was a youth employment agency aimed at preparing students
between ages 15 – 17 for the labour market and identifying jobs
